The Mechanical Services installation includes for the supply, delivery, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of all equipment within the main plant room.
The scope of works consisted of the following:
- Strip-out and disposal of plantroom equipment
- Modifications to the existing gas service
- Installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers
- Design & installation of new flue system
- Installation of new plantroom equipment
- Design & installation of new controls
- Pre commissioning and cleansing.
- Testing and commissioning
- Builders work in connection with Mechanical works
- Making good and weather proofing of flat roof around flue
- Provision of record documentation
