The Mechanical Services installation includes for the supply, delivery, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of all equipment within the main plant room.

The scope of works consisted of the following:

1. Strip-out and disposal of plantroom equipment.
2. Modifications to the existing gas service.
3. Installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers.
4. Design & installation of new flue system.
5. Installation of new plantroom equipment.
6. Strip out of feed & expansion tank.
7. Installation of new louvred door Installation of new distribution board.
8. Design & installation of new controls.
9. Pre commissioning and cleansing.
10. Testing and commissioning.
11. Builders work in connection with Mechanical works.
12. Making good and weather proofing of flat roof around flue.
13. Provision of record documentation.
